Arrogant, RUDE, disrespectful, lazy, disinterested, uncommunicative, unresponsive, chauvinistic.
I think I've covered everything above. In addition to that, when I criticized his lack of responsiveness, he hung up on me. This attorney was assigned to me by a Syracuse area bank. I called the bank, explained the situation, and asked for a different lawyer.
