When I contacted Mr. Ganetis’ law firm, setting up the consultation was quick and easy. My situation was pertaining to requesting custody of my son due to concerns about his safety. I explained my situation to the receptionist who was very patient, open to listening, and very accommodating. Because o...f the severity of my situation the receptionist was able to set up my consultation with Mr. Ganetis the very next day. Upon meeting Mr. Ganetis, he was professional and personable. I could tell that he was a family man like me because of his reaction to hearing my story. I could feel that he cared about my situation and really wanted to help me. This was important for me because I’ve heard so many horror stories of people basically getting robbed by their lawyers who can drag custody battles on for years. I’ve also read many reviews online about lawyers being unresponsive to their clients by not returning phone calls or responding to emails. Mr. Ganetis’ responded to every call and email within 24 hours. Most of the time, I would receive a response within a few hours. I’ve never had to retain a lawyer so initially I had some sticker shock because of the retainer cost. The retainer was a bit higher than other lawyers in the area however, after reading many reviews, those cheaper lawyers all had a trend of unhappy clients who felt abandoned, mistreated, or overcharged. In the end, Mr. Ganetis was able to get me the custody agreement that I wanted which gave me the ability to protect my son. Again, the upfront cost was a little higher, but Mr. Ganetis was able to wrap up the custody portion of my issue in about two months saving me thousands of dollars. When I talk to my friends about how effective Mr. Ganetis was with my case, it’s basically unheard of. You get what you pay for and Mr. Ganetis is well worth what he charges. I am happy to write this review because Mr. Ganetis is a quality lawyer, who’s efficient, effective and you won’t have to wonder if he’s working for you. I never felt like nickel and dimed. In the unfortunate event that I need any legal help, I will definitely call Mr. Ganetis.

Mr. Genetics worked exceptionally well with me during COVID utilizing email and phone services. He managed to stay on top of rescheduling court appearances and made sure I was well prepared. His follow up immediately after our appearance was impressive. I would definitely call on him should I need a...ssistance in the future.
