I've bought and sold houses three with Bob, and it's been an awesome experience each time. He is extremely thorough and has caught errors that I never would have seen. His math is always perfect -- to the penny -- and I trust him. He explains everything well, and details the pros and cons for every d...ecision. His calming voice and demeanor soothed me when the stress of a delayed closing got to me. And he was able to move my last house purchase from obtaining the last necessary document to closing within two days.
