Martin ("Marty") Collins has been specializing in Matrimonial Law and Family Law for over 30 years. He served as Law Guardian (also known as "Attorney for the Child") and represented children in custody/visitation cases and in neglect/abuse cases in Family Court for over 20 years.

Marty typically works from 7:00 a.m. until 6:30 p.m. and is available for early morning, evening and also Saturday morning appointments if necessary. Conveniently located in downtown Syracuse, Marty is located on the top floor of the Hills Building, down the street from City Hall.

About Marty: Martin C. Collins, Esq., was born and raised in the city of Syracuse, NY. He graduated from Syracuse University College of Law in 1986 and has been an upstanding member of the New York State Bar Association since 1987. Prior to opening his solo law practice, Marty was a partner in the law firm of Mangano, Lucchesi & Collins for 28 years. A recipient of the Hon. Michael F. Dillon Law Guardian Award, he currently lives with his wife of 30 years and their two daughters.
