Attorney Hickey does not have a good grasp of details, is tone deaf to hot button issues that will make mediation more difficult, does not represent the facts of the law neutrally, and will weigh in on the terms of the settlement which is inappropriate. Most importantly, she gives inconsistent commu...nication, does not bill regularly or in a timely manner, is at times disheveled, and is unwilling to hear client concerns about the above. She can become defensive and abuse her power. I would strongly warn against using her. She seems nice and fluid at the outset but develops unprofessional behavior over time.
