Jennifer was hired to deal with an order of protection for me last month. The other party and myself both requested the orders be dropped prior to our first actual court date. Before our first appearance the other party and myself mutually agreed to drop the orders and Jennifer was specifically asked... not to show up to court as the other party and I requested them to be dropped. I left her several voice mails over a 3 week period and she didn't contact me once. I also called her secretary and she was extremely rude to me telling me that since I was not happy with Jennifers actions that I have no business speaking to them and she hung up the phone on me. I wouldn't recommend her to anyone, she has absolutely no communication skills between herself and her clients (as the other reviewer stated) if I could give her 0 stars, I would have. There are plenty of great lawyers in the greater Syracuse area but Jennifer is not one if them.

Jennifer was a great lawyer to me. She listened to my personal needs as well as my children. She always spoke up for what I wanted and got the job done. I have a few different issues going on and I do pray to the lord above that I will get in contact with her to see If there is sometype of probono wo...rk she will do for me. Or if there is a way that we can work out a payment agreement.

Jennifer was my lawyer for my custody case. She never spoke with me before my first court appearance. She also never spoke with me at the court appearance before the judge called us in, so I had to (very quickly) try to tell her everything I wanted (for custody) as we were all filing in to the cour...t room. Then a few weeks later when I finally received my copy of the custody order in the mail EVERYTHING was wrong! All the holidays we agreed on were not even in there. They days and times of visitation for my children's father were not even close to what we agreed on. The summer schedule was completely messed up, and other little things we had agreed on (like following making sure kids always got to their sports games and not letting them watch/play inappropriate games and movies) was totally missing. This was all in October 2014. I have been calling since then trying to get in touch with her.
