Cecelia Rene Cannon

Cecelia's litigation practice focuses on disputes involving closely held businesses and trust and estate litigation.

Cecelia assists clients on the administration of estates and trusts, particularly when there are conflicts among involved parties. She blends litigation experience with substantive knowledge of the law in the trust & estate area.

Cecelia has significant appellate experience in New York state courts on a variety of commercial and trust & estate cases. She also has argued before the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit on a consumer rights - consumer protection case.

Cecelia assists clients with obtaining guardianships, particularly in the elder law area where there are disagreements about what family member should be helping an aging parent.
