Tax warrants or liens are often filed against the property. A search would disclose that...are they income taxes?

A dead person cannot file bankruptcy. There estate may, but there is no reasson to do it because there should be no assets.

You may have a case for discharging the student loan. Review this with your attorney as it will require an adversary as well as the bankruptcy...

No because it is not a final order. You would have to appeal that issue when the case is terminated and there is a final order.

You are not in a chapter 11. You can dissolve the business or perhaps make money with it but you cannot lose money with the business when in a 13....
