John Joseph Nabinger

John Nabinger hasn't replied to any of my boyfriends phone calls within a 6 month period he has been indicted and didn't know anything about it and still doesn't.Just found out in family court. Aren't public defenders suppose to support the public when a crime has occurred? What's John getting paid f...or I see he hasn't done not one thing to help. Just a hard way to go.

I have been appointed John Nabinger on a few occasions and each time has been less than a satisfactory experience. A criminal defense attorney should defend their client not be a second prosecutor. Advise their client of their rights and options, not tell them to take a plea or not negotiate an offer.... Trying to contact his office is easy. But talking to anyone is impossible. I've left many messages on his voicemail for a 3 month period. NEVER called back, NOT one letter, not even an email or txt message. I would NEVER recommend Nabinger to anyone not even my worst enemies! If a negative score could be given he would get it. Anyone else having an issue with this lawyer or any other lawyers should contact the ABA and the Attorney Grievance committee.
