I had this guy as an attorney on a " nuisance complaint turned eviction illegally" this guy did not do his job at all in any sense of the word he failed to show the judge evidence that I was in fact owner in part of the house I was staying at the deal he allowed to be set up cost me my right to sue f...or ownership rights and only gave me 3 months to stay at my home in which time the landlord my ex broken destroyed the electrical panel and left the house without power he failed to attach evidence and request relief for the motion to abate judgment he didn't advocate for me at all I had to do most of the work I had to defend myself I had to do all of the research and I'm a nurse not a lawyer this guy should not have a right to practice law he forgot court dates my name facts about the case on a constant basis windchill truth of facts that the deal had been broken he didn't see to it that it was handled properly and one showing proof that the allegations of rent owed were in fact fraud due to it being FHA mortgage fraud he didn't bring that to the judges attention either this guy was so unprofessional I can't even begin to put a word to it and it cost me my home and made me homeless do not use legal services of mid western ny or him
