She dealt with the insurance carrier and one of the largest international corporations ably and deftly including last minute demands from the company for which she extracted additional compensation. Excellent advice at every turn. When we... finally settled, she obtained for me a larger settlement than I had expected. Easy to work with and talk to, but a real pit bull for you when needed.
