Stacey is a very knowlegdeful divorce lawyer, who I was very happy to have o n my side! She taught me much more than the laws pertaining to my divorce, but also many invaluable life skills.

Out of state custody & support

I needed to hire a lawyer for custody & support, my ex lives out of state.Stacey told me what to do and what I should expect as a time frame.Stacy allowed me to do some of the work to save on fees,that was a big help to me and my kids.She responded to my emails with 24 hours or would call.A resolutio...n was reached quickly in 3 visits to the courthouse. Now that it all is over It is a relief , I would hire Stacey again if I needed to.

Family Court at it's finest!

My ex-husband dragged my son and I through the family court system with a ton of lies and heartache. From the moment I contacted Stacey, she was on top of my case. We had to keep going back to court time and time again, dealing with my ex-husband's various lawyers, my son's appointed lawyer and even ...CPS. Stacey took the time to get back to me with all of my concerns as things continued to escalate and we kept going back to court again and again. By the time all was done, the judge commended everyone by saying that this case was an example of "family court at it's finest". All parties were satisfied with the outcome and most importantly, my son is happy and right where he belongs. Stacie was my saving grace in an incredible difficult and trying time!

Excellent, Trustworthy, Results Oriented

Stacey has been my lawyer for approximately 5 years during which time she has handled every child support / custody issue that has arisen between me and my ex (and there have been several). I initially became acquainted with Stacey when I needed to hire a lawyer for my first court appearance and she ...was the most conveniently located. Since then, I have chosen to retain her as my attorney not because of convenience but instead because I trust her and she is great at what she does. Her demeanor is calm, confident and professional. She clearly knows the law but never feels a need to grandstand nor conduct herself in a loud, arrogant manner. Instead, she is unpretentious while being highly effective when it comes to getting results. I have found her temperament to be very calming during stressful court appearances, a definite plus! Stacey has a vast degree of experience dealing with matters related to Family Law. When I must go to court I do so with confidence knowing that she has my best interests at heart and that she will handle my case with the utmost professionalism. I have yet to leave the courtroom feeling dissatisfied with the outcome. I would strongly recommend Stacey to anyone in need of a great Family Law attorney.

Child Custody

Stacey has been a very good lawyer for us. Stacey has strived to “not“ waste time or money that would have proven to be a useless battle when so easy to do so. Instead she has worked to make improvements for myself and two children that can we now enjoy.
