Stacey was the rock in the storm

Stacey was patient and she explained the convoluted process clearly. Divorce is a pain the the backside as well as the heart and she made it at least bearable. And she can calm you down without being consending. Her fees were more than fair and I was told up front what to expect. I respect her skil...l and experience and would recommend her to very good friends. I am so very glad for her guidance during the divorce process!

Just the Divorce Lawyer I Needed

I went to several lawyers and even hired one before I retained Stacey Balduf, Esq. They all sympathized with me and told me how right I was--not to worry. Well it wasn't until I went back to Stacey Balduf that I realized she was telling me the facts and how this crazy system works. That is what I ...needed to hear so I was able to prepare and make much better choices. I saw Court and divorce first hand and I only wish I had hired Stacey when I first came to see her. I guess I wasn't ready to hear the "straight talk" then, when I could be promised the "moon" elsewhere. If you are looking for experience and real advice hire Stacey.

Grandparent's Rights

Stacey was the only attorney who we spoke with who didn't turn us away when we were looking to obtain custody of our grandchildren. It was a messy and difficult matter...however our grandchildren now reside with us and we are able to take care of them, we have custody. This means the world...

Excellent, Trustworthy, Results Oriented

Stacey has been my lawyer for approximately 5 years during which time she has handled every child support / custody issue that has arisen between me and my ex (and there have been several). I initially became acquainted with Stacey when I needed to hire a lawyer for my first court appearance and she ...was the most conveniently located. Since then, I have chosen to retain her as my attorney not because of convenience but instead because I trust her and she is great at what she does. Her demeanor is calm, confident and professional. She clearly knows the law but never feels a need to grandstand nor conduct herself in a loud, arrogant manner. Instead, she is unpretentious while being highly effective when it comes to getting results. I have found her temperament to be very calming during stressful court appearances, a definite plus! Stacey has a vast degree of experience dealing with matters related to Family Law.
