One of my passions is knowing my family history. My parents are from Calabria, Italy and came to the US as a married couple in January, 1965. I, along with my twin brother, were born soon thereafter. I have since been recognized as a citizen of Italy.
Because I realize the struggle of many people who are seeking to obtain dual citizenship with their ancestors' birth countries, I now solely focus on these types of matters in my practice.
I assist clients with obtaining certified birth certificates of deceased relatives, obtain "one and the same" court orders, obtain declaratory judgments, and assist with obtaining certified copies of judgments of divorce and certificates of no appeal.
Because I have been on this journey myself, I understand the passion and desire of my clients who are seeking similar recognition from their ancestors' birth countries.
Please contact me to schedule a 30-minute complimentary consultation on your dual citizenship matter.
