I hired Barry for a business case and took the time to drive an hour there to drop off my documents which he never reviewed and lost. I spend days making those and drove them there just to be sure they wouldn’t be lost in the mail. During the case I was told I won through default and that was final.... It was not , through a new lawyer he recommended for the inquest hearing … I had to start the process all over again. When I finially did get my inquest about 18 months later I found out Barry had not filed any documents other then my business contract w the courts and then my new lawyer had to efile all documents that Barry lost and I had to remake or find costing my more days and money . He basically filed a 50 k lawsuit without any documentation, which I put in between his front doors as requested by him . This was a terrible experience for me and I would not recommend.
