I hired Michael for a Trespass case. It was a completely bogus claim by my ex-husband; when I initially reached out to Mike, I was mortified and scared. I have never been arrested in my life... He handled the case with complete professionalism, and he was able to get the case completely dismissed. He... worked tirelessly on a letter to the ADA, making sure that no details were left out. (I picked up my son's backpack off my ex-husband's lawn, and he called the police. It was completely crazy, but when an arrest is made, an arrest is made; I had no choice but to fight it and to protect my clean record.) Mike returned calls promptly, and he even called me back after business hours. I've dealt with a couple of other lawyers during a tumultuous divorce, and Mike was, by far, the most responsive and professional. His staff, as well, was superb. I wish I had hired him for the divorce; my much higher priced lawyer out of Syracuse did a very, very poor job. I highly recommend Mike Miller.
