Charles is very knowledgeable, professional, courteous, and patient. He took the time to explain the processes, the forms, and next steps. He was also willing to see me on short notice at times and take numerous phone calls. I used Charles Farrell to draw up my land contract for prospective buyers and also for the sale of that property once the contract had expired.
