If you want to plead guilty if you are NOT guilty of the convicted crime, then hire Moody! He does not go out of his way to help or work for his clients. Maybe he doesn’t know how to handle this case. If that was the issue then he should have been a man and state that he doesn’t have the knowledg...e on these types’ of cases. I like to try to stay positive, but it’s hard when you are out off all that money and could have plead guilty without a lawyer and walked away with the same amount of time. Probably even less, at least the judge would have been able to hear my side of the story. His MO is plead quilty, then I won't have to do any work. That way I can take your money and go off on vacation for two weeks.
