Ben Susman

I’ve been waiting for Ben to reach out to me to update me on a case with a family member (as I’ve been directed BY that family member). It’s been over 3-months since his voicemail to me of “I just got the case and i DoNt KnOw WhAtS hApPeNiNg with it yet until I review it.” I’ve left SEVERAL voicema...ils and emails as kind and as respectful as I can simply asking him to contact me so I can know if my family member is okay or not - again, this family member via text told me to contact Mr. Ben Susman and directly provided me his number. I’m unsure what’s happening with this family member because they just told me one day to contact him with anything I need from that family member. Since that day in February 2021, I haven’t heard from this family member, nor Ben despite calling him every day for about a week. It’s now been several MONTHS, and I’m concerned and want to know if this family member is okay. If I’m involved somehow, I want to know how and what I did and why this is happening at such a depth that they told me to talk to a lawyer if I wanted to speak to this person. I guess I can’t expect too much from an Auburn lawyer, though. :-/
