Did a closing with Nick. Upon moving into home, realized a lot of the disclosure was lied about. Contacted Nick about situation, he was of no help. He was supposed to work for us, and his dad for the sellers. But, seemed like they both worked for the sellers and screwed us. Do not recommend at all fo...r anything. And oh ya, it’s been over a month and I have yet to receive my title or title insurance for the home. He seemed really confused during the signing process and then when I kept calling him to see what we could do, all he could say is nothing. You got the house. “I can talk to my dad, but he says there is nothing” like are you still a daddy’s boy who does what daddy says or will you be man and lawyer that you went to school for and fight for your client? Because you did not fight for this client.
