The Best Decision I Made During the Hardest Legal Battle of My Life – Grateful Beyond Words

If you are looking for a lawyer who is professional, composed, and truly willing to fight for you, I hope this review helps. I went through a divorce litigation that lasted more than three years. The opposing party was extremely uncooperative. From property division to the smallest trivial matters..., he used nearly every tactic imaginable to delay proceedings and exert pressure. For me, this was not only a legal battle — it was a psychological one. In the midst of that, I was incredibly fortunate to have my attorney~Meredith A. Neverett, Esq. Professionalism and Legal Skill Her deep knowledge of family law kept me grounded and focused, even when the situation felt chaotic. When the other side tried to muddy the waters with endless petty itemized lists, she cleared the battlefield with just a few precise emails — refusing to get lost in trivial disputes and instead focusing directly on the core issues and every entitlement that rightfully belonged to me under the judgment. She taught me that true legal excellence is not about winning arguments over small details, but about securing victory where it truly matters. In the end, I not only obtained a fair property distribution, but achieved a result that is genuinely rare in comparable cases. Professional Integrity and Humanity What I am most grateful for is not only her expertise, but her steadiness and composure. Whenever the opposing party attempted to provoke me through delayed payments or inflammatory emails, she became a firewall between us! Because of her, I was able to step back from years of emotional exhaustion and begin rebuilding a normal life. She never dismissed issues as too minor to matter. When the other side demanded trivial items, instead of brushing them aside, she methodically reviewed every legal document to ensure compliance. When payments were withheld, she immediately initiated the proper legal procedures to protect my rights. She made me feel that every single dollar and every right I was entitled to truly mattered. My Highest Recommendation She is not only an exceptional attorney, but someone who gave me strength and direction at one of the most vulnerable periods of my life. If you are searching for a lawyer who can fight tough battles while allowing you to feel secure and supported, I recommend her without reservation.

VERY VERY BAD

Meredith was a my court appointed lawyer for a custody case I filed. She failed to meet with Before my court date twice even after being ordered by the judge. She failed to speak to any of the witnesses that were present when my son was abused. Consistently lied to me including what a medical doctor... was will to testify too. She had no concern for my sons safety or for representing me and made this abundantly clear when stating men have no place raising children.

Not good

Meredith was suppose to be my lawyer in a custody matter. She was appointed by the courts to represent me. I found out after the fact that Meredith was working with her to take my kids. Not for me at all. Giving me false advice, things that would hurt me rather than help. Saying things in meetings t...o me that where harsh and not listening to the actual facts of the matter. She did not submit evidence that would have proved me innocent to the judge. I ended up losing my kids that I raised alone with no help at all. After all this I went into the court house to get paperwork only to run into her. I did not say a word to her at all but ended up getting escorted out of the courthouse by the guards. I have documents to support what I am saying.
