I normally do this work myself but didn't have time. The paperwork sent to NY by Frank Zappala was rejected by Clinton County. Upon my review, it was in fact done incorrectly. I redid it myself, and it went through with flying colors as always. I cordially offered the information to Frank Zappala hop...ing it would assist both him and his clients in their future endeavors. I did not request even a partial refund. This guy has the arrogance to bill me for research that further confirms his errors. You think about that.

In my specific situation I and my wife needed to resolve an issue As Soon As Possible. The lawyer that I normally used did not call me back after leaving messages and even going to his office and speaking personally with his Secretary. She assured me that he would call me. I waited several days in li...ght of having to have legal work done immediately. I was really disappointed because he was a good lawyer that I considered as a professional and that is why I waited the extra days for his call. The call never came. Frank Zapalla was recommended to me by a personal friend that I trusted. When I called his office a real person not a recorder answered the phone. I explained my urgency to Autum, Franks assistant at the office. She scheduled an appointment right away and assured me that they would try and meet my important time frame in handling my legal issue. Like clock work and perfect timing they delivered quicker then I expected. Franks knowledge and experience was shown in his professionalism. He explained everything thoroughly and answered all our questions. There office is set up for these Covid times. Sanitizer and Mask wearing required for your safety. I strongly recommend his law Firm. Friendly and responsible and his legal fees were more then fair. We were extremely pleased and we will use him again.
