First, Julia responded Sunday morning to a message left after 10:00PM on a Satuday night. The specifics are a very long story, but we learned that my son's driving privileges were suspended in NY from an old ticket (by surprise) and he was unable to get to work until this was resolved. Public trans...portation was not an option. Julia was able to get this resolved in a timely manner for a reasonable cost, in fact the outcome was even better than we were asking for. I am a recently retired IT Director and spent the last thirty years of my career working for Law Firms, and therefore know the business and on the basis of this experience highly recommend her for any work in her areas of practice. Also, her staff is very helpful and friendly.
