I hired Mrs. Burkly to take care of my divorce, which is an uncontested one, and there is nothing to be done other than serve the man papers and have him sign. This was last year. During this time, I have had to call her office repeteadly to find out what is the status, since she has never actually ...contacted me. I tried to email her after some time and she replied sending a horrendous email virus back. This attorney is either over-scheduled, or simply doesnt give a damn about her contracts. I had to travel abroad and hoped this would get resolved in due time, but this proved to be the worst attorney one could turn to. I had even already filed all documents at the county, and paid all fees. All she had to do was notify my ex husband and get a response. HOW IS THAT taking ayear? and if the issue is that the man would not answer, then it would be best to know that was the case, to proceed however was necessary. I want every penny back that I handed this attorney.
