Turned to Shawn for a consultation over a Liquor Law violation via a referral. During the consultation he was very engaging, he had handled many of these etc. Also, during that discussion he recommended I not accept the automatic plea deal that comes with it that he could likely not only do better bu...t likely contribute with a value commensurate with his fee. I liked the idea even if it was cost neutral I would at least have a lesser infraction on my license. Results: During the nearly 5 months he reached out to me 1X. All other interactions were in response to a "please update me" request on my part. (By contrast the guy I hired for my daughter traffic ticket called/emailed me 8-10 times in 4 weeks) He wrote a response (never appeared) that resulted in the exact same outcome as the original offer less his fee of course. Additionally, my store was cited for selling to a minor....my employee had the case dismissed.
