Richard Pending McCleary

Attorney McCleary was able to get my daughter's SSI approved in a timely manner. However. A few years later I needed assistance and some questions answered regarding her case. I called numerous times with little response. To clarify,He finally called me once and I dropped the paperwork to his offi...ce mail slot. No response after, and my follow up calls were also not returned nor were they acknowledged. I eben called to see if i could get my paperwork returned. No response. Now my daughter is paying back an overpayment. I finally sought other legal representation .So disappointed in this attorney. Basically he got his money and was done.
