Jo Ann was referred to me by another professional that is part of the Collaborative Divorce Process team. I am SO VERY THANKFUL AND APPRECIATIVE to the other professional for her recommendation and of course to Jo Ann!! I went into this process not knowing about how the Mediation or Collabrative p...rocess worked. All I knew was I did not want to get taken advantage of by someone, the future ex, who was experienced in these processes. Jo Ann was so thorough at my first meeting, taking the time to explain to me both processes in a manner I could understand, making my ultimate decision to proceed Collaboratively. I consulted three attorneys that were primarily advocates of attorney vs attorney kind of representation. After meeting with JoAnn, I decided on the mediation route for my divorce. JoAnn was very professional throughout the process and always kept my objectives in mind.
