My commitment to the family unit is what drives me each day in my practice. I take a family centered approach to each set of facts in front of me. Each family is different and so are their needs. Therefore, assessing what is the best course of action in a custody or divorce matter that will enhance your family, and not further break it down, is my main goal as an advocate. It is important for each of my clients, children or adults, to remember that their children, if any, are the silent parties in these types of actions; that the people that are part of your family now, will be a part of your family going forward; change is inevitable in any circumstance; lastly, being in family court is hard, it is emotional and it is trying on one's spirit. However, the process can be completed with poise. 

In other circumstances where there is just breakdown in a raltionship, such as instances of domestic violence or post-separation abuse, issues and facts can become more complex- it's ok. As a legal professional and advocate for your rights, I hope to guide you through the steps of regaining your independence and strength.

I have an extensive background in the human service field, working with at-risk youth, children in foster care, victims of domestic violence, the homeless population and those living with chronic health conditions. Working in Saratoga and Warren Counties as a court appointed Attorney for the Child has provided me knowledge of the workings of local family courts, which allows me to better serve my private clients.
