Fred helped a family member of mine. He is a busy man and may be hard to connect with at times but he gave us his all and was empathetic to the difficult time we were dealing with. Using Mr. Rench I felt I was a annoyance when I asked to see him, asked him a question or tried to get him to return my calls or email. We paid him in full up front. He did not properly inform me of my rights. I felt he made no effort to actually defend me in fact I felt like he was working for the p...rosecution more then not. He did not file the appeals paperwork as I informed him I wanted to do.
