Recently we completed a simultaneous closing. The client was selling in the morning and buying in the afternoon. The additional twist was that the client also needed to refi an out of state property ... before he could close on his purchase. This, of course, needed to happen between his sale and his purchase. The client's lender came through at the very last minute - allowing us to refi the client's property and successfully complete all three closings the same day. A very challenging set of closings with a very positive outcome.
