Defendant charged with 1st degree Murder with a firearm. There was a problem that developed between two rival groups. Many people from each group assembled at a local circle K. There was video from th ... e store but my client was never seen on video. My client was accused of shooting and killing a a person In the rival group in front of the store. we went to trial.
