So My family just hired this firm to evict a tenant! He wrote out the tenant eviction notice and had it delivered to the tenant! Sense then we cant get ahold of them! We had a meeting with the judge 2 days after the tenant was suppose to be out and as it turns out they never even filed the eviction w...ith the court so now we have to start all over with a new lawyer and we still cant get in touch with this firm! We even called his office before we met with the judge to see if he was gonna be there and there was no answer so we left a message! The judge even said this is how they do business and he tries to suggest to people to not use Martin and Martin! So Beware you have been warned! Also ask around and other people will tell you same thing! They could of at least had some integrity and let us know what the problem is or was but we still don't know! We even offered to pay the whole fee ahead of time and he declined! Mind you this person being evicted was our family members abuser and needed to be out before this person came home from the hospital and the lawyers knew this! Ok so follow up! So weeks have gone by with no communication from Martin and Martin and they must of found the review! So They Now call us back after not calling or showing up for any court dates and tell my mother there dropping us because of the reviews we have left! No apology no explanation but its our fault! BEWARE!
