Unresponsive, NOT detailed orientated, no follow through or follow up.
Ms Reid did not acknowledge a wire transfer that was sent to her on a Friday morning until Monday afternoon! As we funded the closing we were left to wonder if the funds were misdirected but her office staff just told us she was at a closing. So "staff" is not involved in actual client interactions ...

Consistently late and unreachable
Have had the opportunity to hire Jane once and been involved professionally with a second case, not by choice. On each opportunity, years apart I have found her unresponsive and evasive to completing work in timely fashion, creating stress and extending financial burdens.
