She is a lazy, airhead that looks to the client to do the "leg work" SHE is being paid to find out! Even after she has asked the client to find the information SHE should have been looking for and is being paid to find out, said information is given to her and she asks about it again. Look in your ...file and you might find it IF you put that information in there. I've got to say she sure is on top of it all though when she's looking for and wanting her money, whether she does her job or not, and she has no problem putting the blame on someone else for her shortcomings. And as for her secretary, she is rude, obnoxious and definitely not a people person. Would absolutely not recommend her to anyone, ever!

I called Elizabeth’s office early on a Saturday morning to setup a consultation. I left a message as I knew her office was closed. I had also called two other lawyers that morning before calling Elizabeth. Unexpectedly, she called me back a few hours later and listened to my story and need for a chil...d support lawyer. I met with her on Monday afternoon. I never received a phone call from the other lawyer offices. Elizabeth doesn’t take anyone’s crap. She’s a very strong woman, very serious about her job, and is a top ranking lawyer. Our meetings always went well as she would ask specific questions to gain necessary knowledge about my situation, gave helpful advice to apply to my life and was very empowering and supportive of me now being a single first time mother. My case turned out well. I highly recommend “Betty.”

Used tactics that came back to bite me and lose my child's custody. The judge was very upset and looked at things that i was entitled to, and took them away. Failed to be on time with the court and lied about her scheduling. She said that she had to go to court during a holiday. Judge caught that ...too and continued to get more frustrated towards my case. I will not recommend her to anyone!
