I was refereed to this lawyer by another lawyer. The lawyer contacted Randy to explain my case prior to me going there to see if he would be the right fit for what I needed. He then provided me with his contact information so I can set up a time for my consult. Assuming he can handle the case I calle...d and again explained my issue and was told to make an appointment for a "consult". On the day of the consult I met with Randy and again explained my situation. He asked for paper work which I was not told to bring prior to the consult. He did not provide me with any direction or information and requested I go get the paperwork for him to look over. I was charged 150.00. The same day I came back with the paper work and they advised. hey would get back to me the following week. I did not receive a call back as promised so I contacted the office for status. At which time I was told the still did not have any info and would need to call me back at the end of the week. Again, no call back. So I called again, the receptionist advised Randy was consulting with another attorney but did not have any info at this time. She again said she would recontact me in a few days. Again, no call back. I called back and left another message at which time my call was returned by the receptionist. She provided me with a referral to another attorney who could better assist. Since there was no information provided to me I requested a refund for the "consult". At which time the receptionist was very unprofessional and advised no refund would be given. I feel that a I was only provided a referral by this office and should be provided a refund.
