Zachary D. Kelson

I became a client of Mr Kelson in 2012 when my wife and I were filing for divorce.. The process should have been fairly simple due to the fact that their were no children involved. I put down a 2500 dollar retainer which I was ok with because he came fairly highly recommended. About a week after putt...ing down my retainer I called to see what progress was being made and my phone call was not returned. I continued to call until I finally got a hold of him about two weeks after the first try and he assured me that he filed the papers with the court. Again after finding it extremely hard to contact him I called the court and there was nothing on file about my divorce. Mr. Kelson flat out lied to me and was certainly avoiding the situation.. Nobody wants a divorce to carry on longer than it needs to so if you are looking for trust, integrity, and due diligence; which all attorney's should possess, stay away from the law office of Zachary D.
