Mr.Kurlander helped my wife and I with a Real Property Tax issue earlier in the year and succeeded in saving my house and property from being sold at the Sullivan County Tax Sale and allowed us to pay our taxes, his strategy and knowledge also saved many other homeowners within the county save th...eir homes also and had the COUNTY postpone the auction from June until August allowing more time to save their property. I then hired Mr. Kurlander to handle the sale and closing of my home which was not easy, but he handled everything for me and did an excellent job without robbing me with the cost. He definitely works for the client every step of the way. I highly recommend him for all your need's.

Steven did a closing on a house I bought from auction. He did a deep and thorough search to make sure I don't get hit with surprises after the closing. Title search picked up an old loan but he went aboard and managed to get another title search company to insure the title policy. I would expect a ...quicker response to my emails but I guess you cant have everything :-). Overall very happy with the service and I would recommend him.
