Steven H. Kurlander

I am a veteran of the United States military when I decided to purchase a home in Sullivan County and return to my roots. This is my first home-buying experience and I was a little nervous by all of the "horror" stories that I've heard other people have had with the loan companies and the attorneys.... Well, this wasn't the case with Steven Kurlander. He was professional throughout the whole process. He made things easy and explained every little detail for me, which can tend to be a bit confusing when you're not familiar with the jargon used in such business transactions. I put my trust in his experience and he didn't fail me. Not only was he interested in learning about the process dealing with the Veterans Administration and Veteran Homes United, but he was very personable and interested in what I had done in the military. His father is a veteran so he has a special place in his heart for our military personnel.
