Defendant was charged with First Degree Murder. State was seeking the death penalty for co-defendant, Arnold Perry, Defendant's husband. During an armed robbery, Perry shot, killed, and robbed th ... e victim - who was a lifelong friend of Defendant's. Perry testified that Defendant organized the armed robbery and was present during the commission of same. Perry's co-worker testified that Defendant picked up Perry from co-worker's house, where Perry had fled after murder.
