Stephanie demartini should not be a lawyer and accept a plea while I was in the hospital by answering my mothers email and accepting a plea from my mother telling her to..which then when I got out I said I didn’t want that plea I ask for it…and she said well since it’s accepted the state will put me ...in jail…I had a beatable case and I told her and she said there was a witness who was willing to testify when I had paper stating why my truck was swerving no blood test and no keys in the truck at all..a legit mechanic shop had on paper my truck wasn’t safe due to a faulty pitman arm which would of threw the witness out of the stand and she accepted a plea and pushed me in the corner to take it saying I can lend up in jail…there is emails between her and my mother…and now my life been a mess with losing my license she is the worst public defender and illegally destroy my life she should not be a lawyer all the dates and email shows I was in a hospital bed and didn’t make that plea
