I am writing to you to report violations of professional conduct and legal malpractice committed by New York State licensed attorneys Juliet Gobler and Ashley Desir of Legal Services of Hudson Valley at One Park Place, Suite 202, Peekskill, New York, 10566, and Milena Pisano-McNally, Alexandra Schweitzer, and Rachel Chazin Halperin (CEO) of Legal Services of Hudson Valley at 1 Civic Center Plaza, Suite 506, Poughkeepsie, New York, 12601. Please open investigations into the alleged violations of New York laws and New York Rules of Professional Conduct listed below. - Dishonest representation of qualifications - Dishonest regarding scope of representation - Led to reasonably believe I was being competently represented - Lack of communication / Lack of supervision - Missed Deadlines - Breach of Duty of Care / Neglect / Repeated Negligence - Engaged in fraudulent and deceptive business practices - Breach of Confidentiality / HIPAA Violations It is my intention to pursue these grievances to the fullest extent of the law, and I remain available for all inquiries. I have hundreds of pages of documentation interacting with the above listed attorneys to substantiate this complaint. Resolution includes but is not limited to disciplinary action, financial compensation, suspension of licensure, and termination of employment. I am available to assist in any way.
