A competent attorney.

Ken is an incredibly effective attorney. I was pleased with how responsive he was to me and my family’s needs. He even responded to my emails and calls on the weekend. Our family had a complex situation, that was really upsetting and required a very competent attorney. Ken made sure our needs wer...e met.

Executive Director

Kenneth Rones is an exceptional lawyer with great experience and an ability to get things done quickly and efficiently. I have relied on Mr. Rones on numerous occasions including a recent negotiation regarding a significant financial matter which he was able to close in my favor in a matter of days....

Stay away!

I was placed with Ken for my custody, domestic violence and divorce. He is lazy, does nothing. He knew my husband lawyer, actually worked with her. There for I felt like I was pushed aside. Nothing was serious with him! I'm talking about my daughter and myself that needs to be safe from my crazy soon... to be ex . My friend also had him for her divorce years ago. He never filed the permanent child support papers. She was owed over $8,000 She then had to get another lawyer and sued Ken. She got back $ 5,000. Please stay away!!!!! You will not be happy. My lawyers were switched thank god!

Sad to say but some people are so angry and unstable that they expect their attorneys to take steps that are clearly improper. I refused to file a Petition with information and allegations I knew to be legally insufficient to warrant a violation of an Order of Protection. Client claimed that because I worked for her, I should simply do everything that she wanted. She became unhinged when I told her that I would not be involved with the filing of a legally insufficient Petition. Incidentally, does anyone really believe that this client would have retained me if she really had a friend who had to sue me? The client has elected to remain anonymous - perhaps she should identify herself and identify the friend who allegedly sued me.

What determines Avvo Rating?
  • Experience & background Years licensed, work experience, education
