I had a very disappointing experience working with Dorothy Trochez during my custody case. From the start, I felt that she was not fully invested in my case. Communication was poor—calls and emails were often ignored, and when I did manage to reach her, the advice I received was vague and unhelpful. ... During crucial points in the case, I found that key deadlines were missed and important documentation was either incomplete or not submitted at all. This lack of attention to detail had a significant impact on the outcome of my case. Despite multiple attempts to address my concerns with her, there was little effort to remedy the situation. In the end, I felt like I was more of an afterthought than a client. I would not recommend Dorothy Trochez for anyone facing a custody battle. Her lack of professionalism and inadequate representation left me feeling unsupported and disillusioned throughout the entire process.

Ms. Trochez handled a real property purchase for me. It was my first one so I was very nervous. However, Ms. Trochez was amazing, she was very patient with me and explained every step, why each step needed to be done and walked me through each document that I had to sign. Better than that she was... always well prepared - on time, organized, really couldn't ask for a better attorney.
