Last May, my fiance was served with a petition from his daughter’s mother who was seeking sole legal custody and permission to move over 200 miles away with his daughter. About 17yrs ago i found Michele through an unorthodox method. I called 3 different family attorneys. I asked , other than your office if you needed a family court attorney who would you call . 2 out of the 3 said Michele Ellerin. At that time I wanted full custody of my son . My first day in family c...ourt my sons mother had a local judge as her attorney. I turned and whispered to Michele, do you know who that is.
