Brandon Charles Ozman

For someone to seem so professional and trust worthy he's the complete opposite. He did nothing for my family, we paid him thousands of dollars and he did absolutely nothing for a case that could've been easily solved. He's very unprofessional, doesn't stay true to his word. Very disrespectful, told ...us we need to wear makeup and or to change our style because we needed to be "presentable."

Brandon Ozman 1)was late for court every time. 2)did not return our phone calls all summer before trial 3)did not review evidence before it was submitted against the client. 4)did not question witness thoroughly for prosecution. we lost. 5)did not put in a notice of appeal for us within the limited ...timeframe. did not answer phone thereafter.

I hired Mr. Ozman to defend me against a DWAI charge, where I blew under the limit of .08 BAC. He was rumored to be one of the better lawyers in the Walden, NY area, but from my experience, this was far from the truth. Mr. Ozman charged me thousands of dollars and wasn't able to produce a single ...reduction to my charges, even though I had a spotless criminal and driving record! The result was the same as if I had signed the paperwork 'guilty' the day I received the ticket. To add insult to injury, during the whole ordeal, he would repeatedly ignore my phone calls and emails, and would only talk to me when I saw him in court - and even then only for about 30 seconds. During my trial, he spent most of his time on his cell phone, and his main strategy was to hope that the officer didn't show up to the trial! This strategy of course failed. I had hoped that Mr. Ozman would be able to at least reduce my charges, but instead he jeopardized my family's welfare by leading me on, taking my money, and producing 0 results.
