Ann M. Weaver

I hired Anne Weaver a few years back to help me with a case where I got charged with resisting arrest and "criminal possession of marijuana in the 5th degree". I explained to Anne several times that I only had 3 grams of marijuana on me where as criminal possession indicates 2 ounces or more so the c...op (Ruscillio) who wrote the report lied. And that brings up the other issue of resisting arrest. You can't put someone under arrest for 3 grams of marijuana so how could I have been resisting arrest? The cop also lied and said I twisted his arm. I am a 5'2" woman who weighs about 120 pounds. So my point here is that I couldn't have overpowered the cop and twisted his arm. He put 2 big fat lies in the police report. I brought up these issues with my attorney, Anne Weaver, several times and she did nothing about it. It world be nice if the board would overlook this case.
