Stevan Allen Nosonowitz

Stevan Nosonowitz is one of the most distinguished and respected divorce attorneys in the Dutchess/Ulster districts. One of the reasons why I sought him out was because I had heard that fellow attorneys in the area were recommending his services to their friends. His reputation is well deserved. H...e helped me (a father of three children) win an ugly drawn out custody dispute with a difficult high-conflict ex-spouse. Stevan always kept calm and approached every conversation with good humor. He is extremely educated on current matrimonial case law and I have witnessed him reference relevant case law, off the cuff, during court appearances. He has a great report with the Judges in the district (both Supreme and Family courts). He also has good relationships with his matrimonial attorney peers in the district--which is actually extremely helpful when conflicts arise (and they typically do). You will not find a finer and more respected matrimonial attorney in the Dutchess/Ulster area. I would recommend him again and again.

Stevan was my divorce lawyer and I never regretted it. He is professional, fair, and does not BS you. ive heard from other friends that have gone through divorce and other attorney's at times will get you riled up. Stevan is not that type. He tells you the law, facts, and represents you as you sh...ould be. anything he had ever said in consultation, meeting, or before going to court, was true. he eases your stress by his calm demeanor. If I ever needed an attorney in the future, I would definitely give him a call again.
