Mr. Kave refused to follow requests to settle my case despite him stating in writing that he would. He was not honest with an judge about having information that he was provided in writing. Both behaviors had drastic detrimental repercussions. His response to being presented with these deficiencies w...ere to fire him. I researched him and hired him based on reviews, but feel something may have caused a drastic decline in his capabilities because my experience was terrible. He missed a court date and regularly spend great lengths recounting his past experiences unrelated to my case verbally and via written word at a high hourly rate. He will repeat the same information via phone and text and bill you for both while forgetting what you tell him about your case. Time was further wasted listening to him bad mouthing opposing counsel and giving advice based on theory instead of fact while being found wrong on every interpretation of the law he provided. If you have risk of potential losses, don’t gamble your fate!

Thanks to Mr. Kave and his legal expertise with family law saved me months of court appearances and money as I live in Kansas and most if not all our correspondences where done via phone and fax, Mr Kave did his utmost to aide me in getting my case back in Kansas and closer to seeing my family. There aren't enough stars on this review for my experience with Howard Kave. His professionalism, knowledge and most important his communication skills immediately put me at ease. After we spoke for the very 1st time, I knew I had contacted the right lawyer to help me. He not only settled my case (ju...dgement) for me. He clearly described every hurdle that I most likely would face in these type of cases. He clearly stated the likelihood that my case may not end up with positive results and he took the time to explain to me why. However, after we spoke we both agreed to move forward with my judgement. He was willing to take my case on, for a nominal fee and we proceeded and we won! We won and we both ended up with a great outcome.
