Biography
Andrew Finkelstein is the Managing Partner of Finkelstein & Partners. He has become a noted consumer activist through his representation of injured individuals against corporate wrong doers and irresponsible parties. An accomplished litigator, Mr. Finkelstein has represented Plaintiffs in wrongful death and catastrophic personal injury cases arising from defective drugs, dangerous consumer products, automobile, bus and motorcycle accidents, dog bites, fall down accidents and air craft crashes. He has successfully handled dozens of multi-million dollar cases, including a $9 million dollar recovery for catastrophic injuries from a construction accident, $3.5 million dollars for injuries sustained in a car accident, $4.5 million dollars for significant injuries in a truck accident, $3.45 million dollars for injuries sustained in a pedestrian knockdown, and $2.25 million dollars for injuries suffered as a result of a defective seat belt. He has won $2.5 million in damages in a defective products case, $2 million for injuries caused by a defective guardrail, and $5.5 million dollars for catastrophic injuries resulting from a car accident.
