Tucker, in-house counsel to American Transit Insurance Company (ATIC). I specialized in defending the carrier’s denial of No-Fault benefits. I went on to join the New York City Law Department as an Assistant Corporation Counsel. I defended civil claims brought against New York City and it's agencies, which provided valuable insight as to how insurance companies defended cases.
